A Star is Born' Has Always Been About Emotional Abuse by Robyn Bahr

Thoughts? I went back after I read this article and watched the movie again. I saw it differently. I witnessed a man who was fighting his own demons while having authentic love for another human being fighting hers. Jackson had built his life around his career. He did not foster other aspects of his life until she came along. There was a shift, a deep longing for family that previously he wasn't open to. I personally think this movie is a beautiful portrayal of success, wounds, addiction, identity and love. Some aspects we can all relate to.
